3. Aims are not easily attainable, common to more than one subject, ultimate destination, and important from the point of view of nation.
Objectives
1. Specific and measurable outcome of instruction.
2. Objectives are specific and exact in nature.
Objectives are easily attainable, specific to the subject, and important from the point of view of a classroom.

  Micro-teaching Micro-teaching technique was first adopted at Stanford University , USA in 1961 by Dwight W. Allen and his co-workers and is now followed in many countries with modified and improved versions. It is a training procedure for teacher preparation aimed at simplifying the complexities of the regular teaching process.
