Scaffolder is the support provider by which the teacher help the students to reach the goal and achieve it.
The term scaffold was introduced by Bruner and the concept introduced by Vygotsky. According to Vygotsky the role of scaffolder is help the learner from his actual development to the potential development by providing proper supports. As a scaffolder the teacher helps the learner to reduce the gap between actual development and potential development.

According to constructivism, the learner construct his or her own knowledge by utilising his learning environment. So the teacher as a facilitator creates a richfull learning environment, and insist the students to utilise the learning environment. As a facilitator the teacher provide rich learning experience to achieve the learning objectives and make the learning experience long lasting.

As a Social engineer the role of teacher is to equip the learner to meet the challenges and complexities in the future.
